There's no denying that I LOVE SALES!!

From a "boots on the ground" Director of Sales to the EVP of Sales and Marketing for ELEVAT3, a third party hospitality sales and marketing company, I am passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoy helping those learn and succeed in the business.  I enjoy training teams the hard skills, soft skills, and overall nuances of sales, marketing, and e-commerce.  I take a team approach and we learn together from backyard sales to action plan development to achieve goals.

 My recent experience is working for Marshall Hotels and Resorts for 10 years as the EVP of Sales and Marketing for the last 3 years.  I have worked with brands including: Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Choice, Independent, and Boutique hotels.   

I have a B.S. degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, kayaking, playing pickleball, baking, and riding my bicycle.  You can also find me with friends at local coffee shops or shopping!
